How do I Register myself with Money Twin?
You can register yourself with Money Twin by clicking the "Sign Up" option in the website.
I forgot my Username, How can I retrieve them?
If you forgot your username, please contact us for further assistance.
I forgot my Password, How can I retrieve them?
If you forgot your password, please go to the Login Page and click Forgotten Password after which you should fill in your email Id (Your Username). And then you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
How do I know if my account has been opened?
As soon as your application has been approved we will send you a confirmation mail to the provided mail Id. Instead, you can also log in to MyAccount and check on your account status.
How do I change my password? (Live accounts only)
If you wish to change your password, you can do so by logging into My Account and by clicking the ‘Account settings’ tab and then ‘Change Password’ in the menu on the left side of the page.
I received a password reset email that I didn’t request. What should I do?
If you didn't request for a password reset but received a password reset email, your account may have been mishandled, so please contact us immediately.
How can I change my name or mobile number of my account?
Sign in to MyAccount and select My Profile to change your personal information.
